QuizBytes is a quiz and learning app published by ByteBrew IT. This policy describes exactly what the app stores, who processes it, and how to get it deleted. It describes the app as it actually behaves, not a general template.
When you create an account we store the following, and only what you supply:

Using the app creates records tied to your account: quiz attempts and the answers you gave, scores, streaks, experience points, in-app currency balances, badges and medals earned, and campaign progress. This is what makes progress, review scheduling and leaderboards work.
If you follow other players or take part in multiplayer battles, we store those connections, battle sessions and invitations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your profile, all quiz history, progress, currency, badges, social connections and your sign-in credentials in a single transaction.
Deletion cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account. Any remaining subscription time is not refunded automatically — cancel through the App Store or Google Play first if you want to stop billing.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Deletion is self-service in the app. For anything else, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
QuizBytes is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account the data is removed immediately, not queued or soft-deleted. Backups held by our hosting provider are rotated on their own schedule and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how your data is used, notify you in the app.
